Dr. Molly Kreyssler: Certified Education Coach & Consultant

Dr. Molly Kreyssler (Ed.D) is a professional, certified coach and consultant, and founder of Bloom Coaching. She has twenty years’ experience working in student development and building, inspiring, and developing teams and has been an entrepreneur and business owner for a decade.  

Dr. Molly has held leadership roles at multiple institutions of higher education, served non-profits, and assisted a variety of organizations spanning in scope, size and mission. Molly assists students, organizations, teams, and individuals be the best version of themselves. Whatever her level of engagement, Molly leaves people feeling capable, inspired, and ready to act.   Her journey has included honors such as woman of the year, appointments to state boards, and top honors in her graduating classes for graduate schools. She is know for connecting with students in a deep way that assists their success. 

Molly has a beautiful family which includes her husband Steve and a house full of boys. Together, Molly and Steve are raising Riley (17), Carter (3) and Quin (1). Molly loves to travel, cook, garden, be with dogs of any kind, and make memories with her children. 

Dr. Molly holds an undergraduate degree in English and communication and a master’s and doctoral degree in Educational Leadership.

·         M.Ed from the University of Montana and Ed.D from Idaho State University.

·         20 years of working with students of all levels to educational coaching work.

·        10 years of coaching experience to my clients.
